- 1. Governance & Organizational Framework
- Standardization: Maintain the enterprise identity and data structure for Business Objects to ensure data integrity across departments.
- Workflow Governance: Design and oversee the standardization of cross-functional processes (e.g., procurement-to-pay, change management) using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Organizational Design: Map roles and business functions to ensure clear accountability and optimized resource allocation across the firm.
- 2. Compliance & Quality Management
- Audit Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of Compliance Audits to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
- Risk & Investigations: Lead root cause analysis for business incidents and manage corrective & preventive actions to mitigate organizational risk.
3. Process Optimization & Transformation - BPM Functional Ownership: Lead the implementation of SAP Signavio for process modeling, simulation, and performance monitoring.
- Strategic Gap Analysis: Perform rigorous gap analysis between current "baseline" operations and target digital states to guide the firm’s transformation roadmap.
- Innovation Research: Direct research studies into operational best practices and digital construction methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.Certifications:TOGAF®️ Certification (Foundation or Practitioner) is highly preferred.Certified Business Architect (CBA) or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor certification is essential.Experience: 12–15+ years of experience in operational excellence, corporate governance, or business transformation, preferably within large industrial or project-centric organizations.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and business process modeling tools (Signavio, Aris, or LucidChart).
