Sales & Business Development Engineer (Cairo)

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area for BuildIn’s construction and architectural services.
  •  Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
  •  Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs within the region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  •  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  •  Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward targets using CRM tools.
  •  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote BuildIn’s brand and services.
  •  Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for service expansion.
  •  Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the business development process.
  • Coordinate with estimation, technical office, and operations teams.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve targets.
