- Oversee the issuance, renewal, and compliance of all company licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals to ensure adherence to applicable laws and avoid penalties or legal exposure.
- Execute all legal procedures related to the convening and approval of Board of Directors and General Assembly meeting minutes, and coordinate their registration with the relevant governmental authorities.
- Conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, disciplinary violations, and policy breaches; prepare investigation reports and recommend appropriate legal actions in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and internal departments on labor relations, employment disputes, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
- Represent the company before governmental and regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the Ministry of Manpower, New Urban Communities Authority, electricity authorities, and other relevant bodies, to fulfill business requirements in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to convey the vision and objectives of senior management while providing continuous legal support and guidance.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations, assess their impact on company operations, and ensure ongoing legal compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of 7 years of solid experience in corporate law.Strong hands-on expertise in Egyptian laws and regulations, particularly Egyptian Labor Law, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and governmental relations.Previous experience in industrial, investment, or multi-sector companies is considered an advantage.Excellent command of English and full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and reporting skills.Highly professional with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, able to work independently under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
