Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Receptionist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Admin Receptionist will handle a range of administrative tasks, including welcoming and directing visitors, managing incoming calls with professionalism, scheduling and maintaining appointments, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The role also involves providing clerical support to various departments and maintaining documentation and records as required.

Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Excellent Clerical Skills and attention to detail Proven Communication and Customer Service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in an administrative or front office role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a benefit Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
