1. Architectural Model Development & Management:

Lead the creation, development, and detailed refinement of comprehensive architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, from schematic design to construction documentation.

Ensure the architectural model adheres to project BIM standards, design specifications, and building codes.

Manage and maintain model health, integrity, and data structure throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Design Integration & Coordination:

Act as the primary architectural BIM coordinator in interdisciplinary meetings.

Proactively perform clash detection between the architectural model and structural/MEP models. Identify conflicts and work with the relevant teams to resolve design issues.

Use the model to analyze and validate design solutions for spatial compliance, functionality, and constructability.

3. Drawing Production & Documentation:

Generate high-quality, coordinated, and accurate construction drawings, schedules, and views directly from the architectural BIM model.

Automate the extraction of sheet layouts, elevation updates, and material take-offs to improve efficiency.

Ensure all graphical and non-graphical information in the model is consistent with the published documentation.
