- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, including , maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientations are scheduled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee data and assisting with related documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR-related information and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with other administrative and management staff to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or human resources support role.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
