We are seeking a highly skilled Finalizer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in print production, file finalization, and pre-press processes, ensuring all artworks are delivered accurately, efficiently, and ready for flawless printing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize artwork files for print production according to technical and brand standards.
- Review and check artwork accuracy including dimensions, bleeds, margins, colors, fonts, and linked assets.
- Handle color separation, trapping, overprint settings, and print profiles.
- Execute pre-press processes and ensure compliance with different printing techniques (Offset, Flexo, Digital).
- Coordinate with designers to resolve technical issues without compromising creative intent.
- Manage print-ready file exports for packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
- Conduct final quality control checks before sending files to printers.
Communicate with printing houses regarding technical requirements and production specifications.
