- Develop and implement the overall quality strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (ISO and related systems).
- Oversee quality control and quality assurance activities throughout all production stages.
- Lead, manage, and develop the QA/QC team and evaluate their performance.
- Monitor quality KPIs, analyze deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure effective solutions.
- Supervise internal and external audits and certification processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal quality requirements.
- Reduce defects, rework, and waste while improving operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present them to top management.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality excellence programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.10–15+ years of proven experience in Quality Management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality standards and quality systems.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Quality certifications (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) are a strong advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking and leadership skills.High attention to detail.Strong communication and coordination skills.Results-oriented mindset.High level of accountability and integrity.
