IT Team Leader

  •  Lead, supervise, and mentor the IT support team to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Plan, assess, and oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services aligned with business and operational requirements.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure including servers, endpoints, networking devices, and peripherals.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Design, implement, and monitor IT operational procedures, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Oversee monitoring of IT systems and networks to ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cybersecurity operations including firewall management, access control, vulnerability management, and incident response coordination.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to align IT strategy with business objectives and future growth.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and KPI dashboards related to IT operations, incidents, and projects.
