Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering complex software projects. This role goes beyond facilitation. You will act as a technical partner to engineering leadership, enabling teams to deliver faster, better, and more predictably while continuously improving how we build products.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mature Scrum and Agile practices across one or more delivery teams Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies in a practical and value driven way Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and senior stakeholders Identify and remove complex organizational and technical impediments Drive continuous improvement using data, metrics, and team feedback Coach teams and individuals toward self organization and ownership Mentor and contribute to Agile leadership maturity Support large scale delivery and cross team coordination Ensure strong alignment between Agile delivery and Dev Ops practices Promote realistic planning, sustainable pace, and predictable delivery
Technical and Agile Expertise Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles Hands on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and Confluence Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and SDLCPrevious experience as a software developer or engineer is required Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical audiences Solid experience working in CI/CD, Dev Ops, cloud based environments
AI and Modern Practices Practical understanding of how AI can support Agile delivery and decision making Experience using AI tools for forecasting, metrics analysis, and reporting automation Ability to guide teams on responsible and effective use of AI in daily work
Requirements5+ years of experience in Agile delivery or Scrum Master roles Strong technical background preferably a Computer Science graduate or equivalent Proven history of delivering large scale or complex software projects Experience working with multiple teams or distributed teams Strong problem solving and facilitation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications PSM II or PSM IIISAFe Agilist or SPCPMI ACP or CSMDev Ops or Cloud related certifications are a plus
