About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven ability to hunt high-caliber talent and fully own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment—requiring strategic thinking, market expertise, advanced tools usage, and hands-on experience using Odoo as a core HR and recruitment system.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Hunting & Sourcing Proactively hunt, attract, and engage high-standard calibers across multiple industries and functions. Build, maintain, and continuously enrich strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Leverage online, offline, and AI-based sourcing tools to identify top-tier candidates. Utilize Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referral programs, headhunting techniques, and market mapping strategies.
Screening & Interviewing Design and execute professional screening frameworks (CV screening, phone screens, technical & behavioral assessments). Lead and manage structured interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders. Ensure objective, competency-based evaluations aligned with business needs and culture.
Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:Job analysis & job descriptions Job postings & employer branding alignment Interview coordination & evaluation Job offers, proposals, and negotiations Employment contracts and documentation
Onboarding & Offboarding Oversee professional onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate integration. Coordinate offboarding processes while maintaining compliance, documentation, and employer brand reputation. Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve hiring and retention strategies.
Market & Tools Expertise Stay updated on labor markets, hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance basics. Use HR recruitment systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms efficiently. Apply AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, and productivity enhancement.
Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Recruiter. Strong background in headhunting high-caliber, senior, and niche profiles. Solid experience managing complete recruitment processes (from sourcing to onboarding & offboarding). Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Experience recruiting in KSA and/or UAE markets is a major advantage. Advanced experience using:Linked In Recruiter & professional networks ATS platforms Online & offline sourcing channels AI-based recruitment and candidate search tools Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
