Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Leader Real Estate Brokerage located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met, coordinating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. The role also includes managing team schedules, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
