  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow and information exchange.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and service contracts to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expense reports, and invoices for the executive office.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new team members within the executive office.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by executive leadership, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
