  • Oversee production processes to ensure products meet approved specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
  • Implement and manage quality inspection plans for raw materials, in-process production, and final products.
  • Verify that local and imported raw materials comply with company and R&D quality and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, engineering, and suppliers to implement design updates and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and assessments to identify defects, deviations, and root causes.
  • Document quality issues, prepare analytical reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Train production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best manufacturing practices
