Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Dispatcher, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt. The Operation Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating vehicle dispatches, monitoring fleet activities, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Additional responsibilities include effectively communicating assignments to drivers, maintaining records of vehicle usage, responding promptly to operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. The role also involves liaising with clients for service optimization and ensuring prompt delivery of services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Scheduling, Planning, and Coordination tasks. Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills. Knowledge in Logistics, Fleet Management, and Operational Oversight. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with excellent Problem-Solving skills. Competence in using Digital Tools and Software for Dispatching and Fleet Monitoring. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Experience in the transportation or automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in both English and Arabic is advantageous.
