Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent position located in Cairo. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions, including life insurance, annuities, and other financial products. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting insurance sales, assisting with policy renewals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and product offerings to better serve the clients.
Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and Insurance-related skills Knowledge of Finance and financial product solutions Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to meet sales targets Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
