Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
Hands-on experience in:
Community moderation and customer-facing communication.
Content writing and storytelling for social platforms.
Social media design and asset creation (static + basic motion preferred).
Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform formats.
Required Skills

Excellent writing and editing skills (Arabic required; English is a strong plus).
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to handle negative comments professionally and calmly.
Time management: ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic analytics and reporting skills (Meta Insights, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
Working knowledge of tools such as:
Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
Design: Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (any equivalent acceptable).
