Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.Solid understanding of market research, branding, and advertising principles.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Experience working in an office-based environment with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
