Provide technical assistance to customers, sales teams, and service teams regarding pump selection matching with projects specs.
Proficiency in reading tenders and bids and determining the appropriate type of pumps according to the requirements
Review and analyze client requirements, specifications, and tender documents to select suitable pumps and accessories.
Prepare technical data sheets, performance curves, and compliance documents tailored to customer specifications.
Prepare and issue detailed quotations, including pricing, delivery time, and technical clarification.
Work closely with application engineers, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of technical and commercial offers.
Respond to field queries and site-related technical issues, including pre- and post-sales support.
Maintain a library of updated technical documents, catalogs, and datasheets.
Support in preparing technical submittals and documentation for project approvals.
Participate in product training sessions and remain updated with the latest pump technologies and standards.
Attending technical meetings with the consultant engineer and the owner and answering all technical inquiries.
