Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):- Oversee and manage all internal purchasing activities and develop operational purchasing plans.
- Manage and execute tenders and practices in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Follow up on the procurement cycle from purchase requests to contracting and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices and terms.
- Analyze markets and pricing trends to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Lead, manage, and develop the purchasing team and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet operational needs efficiently.
- Prepare periodic purchasing reports and submit them to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of purchasing policies and procedures.
