⭐ Responsibilities Conduct structured 30–60 minute technical interviews via video. Evaluate candidates’ real technical abilities in your domain of expertise. Follow Fekra’s standardized interview framework and scoring model. Ask relevant technical questions based on role seniority (Junior, Mid, Senior, Principal). Identify red flags, assess communication skills, and verify hands-on experience. Complete a clear, written evaluation report after each interview. Provide feedback to improve our technical assessment process. Collaborate with Fekra’s hiring team to ensure consistency and fairness across all interviews.

⭐ Qualifications6–10+ years of professional experience in your technical domain. Strong hands-on background (coding, architecture, debugging, real projects). Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a strong advantage. Ability to evaluate code quality, problem-solving, and technical depth. Familiarity with common interview formats: live coding, system design, scenario-based questions. Excellent English communication — clear, direct, structured. Strong integrity, fairness, and consistency in evaluation. Ability to work independently and deliver reports quickly. Comfortable working remotely and managing flexible schedules.
