  • We are seeking a Project Cost & Quantity Engineer to join our team
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate engineering take-offs (quantities and costs).
  • Prepare progress payments and statements for contractors or clients.
  • Manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review contracts, payment terms, and amendments.
  • Handle Variation Orders (VOs) and price adjustments.
  • Monitor Materials On Site (MOS) and verify usage ratios.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and technical specifications.
