Plan, oversee, and monitor production processes to meet quality, cost, delivery, and

efficiency targets.

• Design and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, speed, and

profitability using lean manufacturing principles.

• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend

corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Set and maintain quality standards; conduct inspections to ensure products meet

specifications.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and company

standards.

• Identify unsafe practices and define safety protocols to maintain a safe working

environment.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging

processes.

• Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance

teams.

• Support preventive maintenance activities and monitor equipment performance.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, design, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and operations

teams.

• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production scale-up.

• Train and support production staff on processes, tools, and best practices.

• Stay up to date with new manufacturing technologies and integrate suitable solutions into

production lines.
