  • Plan, organize, and control production activities in the assigned section to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules in coordination with the planning department.
  • Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop production supervisors and operators to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support audits and inspections (internal/external).
