  • Develop innovative textile designs for underwear and homeware collections, ensuring alignment with Cottonil’s brand identity and market trends.
  • Create original patterns, prints, and colorways using both traditional sketching and digital design tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and production teams to translate concepts into manufacturable textiles.
  • Research global fashion and textile trends to inspire new collections and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and artwork files for sampling and production processes.
  • Review and approve fabric samples, ensuring quality, color accuracy, and design integrity.
  • Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior designers.
  • Maintain organized archives of designs, color palettes, and fabric swatches for future reference.
  • Support the sourcing of new materials and techniques to enhance product innovation.
  • Ensure all designs comply with company standards, sustainability guidelines, and customer requirements.
