· Monitor and ensure the validity and timely renewal of all vehicle licenses and related legal documents.
· Follow up on GPS tracking systems for all fleet vehicles to ensure proper operation, route compliance, and driver behavior monitoring.
· Track fuel consumption and analyze fuel variance (fuel differences) to identify discrepancies, misuse, or inefficiencies.
· Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, GPS tracking results, fuel consumption, and license status.
· Coordinate with relevant departments and external vendors regarding vehicle compliance, GPS maintenance, and fuel systems.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
· Take corrective actions and submit recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and cost control.
