  • Provide first-line support for ERP application users, resolving technical issues and answering functional queries.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules and updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes using ticketing systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance ERP system adoption and efficiency.
  • Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities within the ERP environment.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
  • Stay updated on ERP system enhancements, patches, and industry best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
