We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts, drive high-quality leads, and support student enrollment growth across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media channels, and a proven track record in performance marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI, CPL, and conversion rates
- Develop full-funnel media buying strategies aligned with course enrollment goals
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable optimization insights
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure message alignment
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior in the education and engineering training space
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with clear KPIs and recommendations
- Manage tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and ensure accurate data reporting
- Mentor junior media buyers if required and contribute to team knowledge sharing
