Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily agricultural operations, developing and implementing innovative farming strategies, and ensuring adherence to sustainability and quality standards. Additional duties include coordinating with teams to drive overall productivity, conducting research to enhance agricultural practices, and managing resource allocation. Collaboration with stakeholders to fulfill the company’s vision for transformative agricultural development is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications Strong expertise in agricultural practices, farming techniques, and crop management Proficiency in the use of advanced agricultural technology and innovative solutions Experience with resource allocation, production planning, and operations management Knowledge of sustainability principles and global agricultural quality standards Leadership and team coordination abilities Adaptability to work on-site and in dynamic environments Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or related fields Prior work experience in agricultural or agri-business industries is highly valued
