The DCC & Projects Coordinator will manage, prepare, and coordinate engineering documents for Pipeline and Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, ensuring accurate document control, timely submissions, and effective coordination between engineering disciplines and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, register, and control engineering documents (drawings, calculations, reports).
- Coordinate document flow between engineers, clients, and contractors.
- Track submittals, revisions, approvals, and transmittals.
- Support project schedules and ensure document compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain organized project records and document registers.
