We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customers utilising an AI-based software platform.
You will be responsible for running demos, following up with customers, assisting them with resolving usage issues, and guiding them on how to effectively utilise AI in their daily work.
This is a hands-on role with direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver simple and clear product demos to customers.
- Follow up with customers after demos and during platform usage.
- Help customers solve basic usage or adoption issues.
- Understand customer business needs and suggest suitable AI use cases.
- Support customers in applying AI to their workflows.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the internal team.
- Maintain strong communication with customers.
