  • Design, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end tour operations for individual and group travelers, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Liaise with cruise, resort, and transportation teams to synchronize itineraries and logistics across all NTS Group products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international travel partners, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor tour execution in real-time, proactively resolving issues and adapting plans to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and amendments using company systems and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Supervise and mentor junior tour operators and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to recommend enhancements to tour products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per Crystal Certificate and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on tour performance, incidents, and customer satisfaction for management review.
  • Contribute to the development of new tour packages and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
