Responsibilities· Design, review, and update organizational structures and reporting lines.· Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all positions in coordination with department heads.· Conduct job analysis and job evaluation to ensure role clarity and internal equity.· Support manpower planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.· Develop and maintain the performance management system (KPIs, appraisal forms, evaluation cycles).· Ensure alignment between company objectives and employee performance goals.· Support managers in setting measurable KPIs and performance standards.· Analyze performance results and recommend improvement actions.· Develop and update competency frameworks for all job families.· Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives. Identify skill gaps and coordinate with Learning & Development for training plans.· Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows.· Ensure standardization and documentation of HR and organizational processes.· Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.· Support employee engagement surveys and analyze results.· Participate in initiatives to enhance company culture, values, and employee experience.· Support change management programs and communication plans.· Prepare OD reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.· Monitor organizational effectiveness indicators and HR metrics.· Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.3 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good knowledge of job analysis, KPIs, and performance management systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and HR documentation. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
