Job Details

Handle customer inquiries related to motorcycle textile apparel, including sizing, fit, materials, protection levels, and care instructions

Coordinate order processing, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

Resolve customer issues related to product quality, defects, or delivery delays

Maintain detailed customer and order records using CRM and ERP systems

Liaise with production and quality control teams regarding product feedback and defects

Work closely with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Support sales teams with customer follow-ups and product information

Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate recurring issues for corrective action

Assist with product launches by learning new textile technologies, safety standards, and certifications

Prepare reports on customer issues, returns, and common product concerns
