Coordinate order processing, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
Resolve customer issues related to product quality, defects, or delivery delays
Maintain detailed customer and order records using CRM and ERP systems
Liaise with production and quality control teams regarding product feedback and defects
