We are looking for a professional Account Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with our clients, ensure client satisfaction, and act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand client needs and ensure services are delivered accordingly
Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery
Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements
Prepare reports and updates for management
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
CRM experience is a plus
