  • Receive styles analysis sheet from material planning section.
  • Receive woven products distribution plan.
  • Study styles and discuss with technical team.
  • Request pre-production samples from factories and dispatch fabric and available accessories.
  • Receive of the pattern, technical description, size chart before and after washing, printing and embroidery sheet from the pattern section.
  • Receiving the pattern - technical description - size chart before and after washing to factories and quality control team.
  • Follow up pre-production samples with factories.
  • Follow up printing and embroidery process for pre-production samples.
  • Review pre-production samples with pattern and development department.
  • Requesting pilot run samples from the factories.
  • Request, Follow up, inspect & deliver photoshoot samples with on proper time.
