Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Personal Specialist. The role involves managing daily administrative and personal tasks, maintaining schedules, and organizing meetings. The Personal Specialist will coordinate activities, handle correspondence, and ensure effective workflow to support a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to dynamic work environments Proficiency in managing schedules, planning, and daily activities coordination Familiarity with office software and general administrative tools Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred Previous experience in personal or executive assistance is an advantage
