About the Role

USAM is seeking a skilled and engaging Programming Instructor to record a short, high-value crash course (1.5–2 hours).

All course content and structure are already prepared — your role is to deliver the material clearly, professionally, and interactively.

This position is ideal for software developers and programming trainers who have teaching experience and want to contribute to a fast-growing EdTech platform impacting thousands of learners across the Arab world.



Responsibilities

• Record an engaging online crash course (1.5–2 hours) using your own equipment
• Deliver the prepared programming content with clarity and confidence
• Ensure high-quality audio and video throughout the recording
• Explain programming concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly way
• Provide real-world coding examples and practical use cases
• Follow USAM’s standards for structured, learner-friendly content
• Teach programming fundamentals and basic problem-solving techniques



Requirements

• Proven expertise in Programming / Software Development
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java Script, Java, C++, etc.)
• Previous experience in training, teaching, coaching, or content delivery
• Strong communication and explanation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical learners
• Professional home recording setup (camera, microphone, quiet workspace)
• Ability to commit to short project timelines
• Comfortable presenting on camera



Nice to Have

• Experience teaching programming courses online
• Industry experience in software development
• Familiarity with modern EdTech and digital learning trends
