Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Manshiyet El Bakry - Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt (Office-based)
Work Schedule: Full-Time: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Reporting To: CEO
Role Summary: A strategic leadership role responsible for building the sales function, developing the sales plan, and ensuring target achievement for Moghazy Dream’s UC solutions. This role requires defining and tracking performance against aggressive KPIs.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Business Plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and monitor clear Technical and Business KPIs for all team members.
  • Actively engage in high-level client negotiations and close strategic deals.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM utilization.
Required Qualifications
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Unified Communication and IT market landscap
  • Minimum of [10] years of experience in B2B IT Sales, with [3] years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven successful sales history in the Unified Communication, Telephony, or related IT sector.
  • Mandatory: Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Mandatory: Must own a private vehicle (car) and possess a valid driving license.
Note:
Crucial Requirement for High Compensation: Candidates must be able to provide verifiable evidence of past sales performance and present a viable list of non-conflicting Ready Leads/Clients from the sector during the initial interview stages.
