Overview

We are a new fashion eyewear retailer launching our first physical store and expanding into e-commerce and B2B/wholesale in UAE. We carry a curated selection of multiple international eyewear brands with focus on creative designs, Paris native, quality products, different from mainstream already present on the market. 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help build our online presence from the ground up—setting up our digital ecosystem, support in launching the website, activating social media, and driving customer acquisition and online sales.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a marketer who enjoys building things from scratch, working cross-functionally, and taking full ownership of digital growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Digital Setup & Launch

  • Help end-to-end setup of the e-commerce website (platform selection, structure, product pages, content, visual branding).
  • Support in coordination with developers, designers, photographers, and agency partners as needed.
  • Set up and manage CRM, email marketing, analytics.
  • Establish the store’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat) including visual identity, content style, and posting guidelines.
  • Help in setting up customer service channels (WhatsApp Business, chatbot, email templates, FAQs).

 

2. Content Creation & Brand Marketing

  • Develop the content strategy for eyewear brands and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage product photography, videos, reels, UGC, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across website, social media, and advertising.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure regular posting and community engagement.

 

3. Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and online sales growth.
  • Own SEO roadmap: keywords, product descriptions, blogs, link-building, content creation.
  • Build and grow email/newsletter and SMS marketing channels.
  • Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and repeat purchase rate.

 

4. E-Commerce Operations Support

  • Ensure all online products are correctly listed, priced, categorized, and updated.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer journey—from website entry to delivery.
  • Support customer service responses and help develop SOPs for queries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Analyze order data and suggest improvements to product assortment and promotions.

 

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Store Manager, Operations, and Founders.
  • Coordinate with eyewear brand partners for campaigns, co-marketing, and product launches.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, content performance).
  • Propose data-driven improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
