Job Title: Sales Manager – Chocolate Snacks (Multinational Experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in chocolate and confectionery snacks, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing distribution strategies, and leading sales teams to achieve revenue and market share objectives across assigned markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets for chocolate snack brands Manage key accounts including modern trade, traditional trade, distributors, and strategic partners Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to ensure high performance and strong market execution Drive market expansion, distribution coverage, and visibility across all channels Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and availability Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and trade agreements in line with company guidelines Ensure compliance with multinational company policies, ethical standards, and reporting requirements Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews to senior management Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)5–10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to chocolate/confectionery or snack categories Proven experience working with multinational companies and cross-cultural teams Strong understanding of modern trade, traditional trade, and distributor management Demonstrated ability to deliver growth in competitive FMCG markets Experience in team leadership and performance management Key Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking with strong execution capability Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and forecasting tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven multinational environment
