We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior CX Agent to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of service quality and response time during our busiest period. The ideal candidate will primarily handle customer interactions via chat support and moderation. Key Responsibilities:Maintain Service Quality: Deliver high standards of service excellence in every interaction. Support Campaigns: Provide specialized support for ongoing marketing and operational initiatives. Improve Efficiency: Proactively work to significantly improve response time and overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience is required, with a proven background specifically in high-volume chat support or community moderation.
