???? A leading industrial company is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Foreign Procurement Engineer to join our growing team!

????️ Key Responsibilities:
• ???? Identify, evaluate, and select qualified international suppliers for spare parts and technical components.
• ???? Request, review, and analyze quotations to secure the best commercial and technical offers.
• ???? Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranty conditions.
• ???? Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for international shipping & customs clearance.
• ???? Monitor order status and coordinate closely with logistics, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• ???? Conduct market research on suppliers, global price trends, and new technologies.
• ✔️ Ensure all purchased spare parts meet required technical specs and quality standards.
• ???? Build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors.
• ???? Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements or replacements.
• ????️ Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and communications.
• ????️ Coordinate with engineering, planning, and maintenance to understand technical needs.
• ???? Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budget limits, and ISO standards.
???? Job Requirements:
• ???? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• ???? 3–5 years of experience in international procurement (preferably in spare parts & technical materials).
• ???????? Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
• ???? Strong knowledge of import procedures, INCOTERMS, shipping documents, and international logistics.
• ???? Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• ???? Proficient in MS Office + ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
• ???? Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• ???? Ability to manage multiple procurement requests at the same time.
