  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the preschool’s academic curriculum to ensure alignment with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Support and mentor teaching staff in the delivery of educational programs, providing guidance on instructional strategies and classroom management.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any academic or developmental concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and international educational standards and regulations.
