Job Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fire alarm systems and related life safety solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Attend industry events and participate in professional organizations (e.g., NFPA, AFAA). Represent the company in technical discussions and negotiations Interface with customers and perform analysis of business challenges, designs and accomplishes product presentations Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with efficiency. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown for large projects Verifying & confirming BOQ, Prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwarranted / unaccounted issues. Present the designs and work flow processes in collaboration with the customer to gain commitment to the engagement - collaborate with the suppliers and take best delivery periods. Remain updated with relevant technology developments through ongoing personal development. Develop and design technical presentations, models, and architecture. Maintain productive relationships with the customers to maximize sales growth Supervise maintenance of customer databases. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in engineering from relevant discipline minimum good grade. Fluency in English.5-8 years experience at least in Fire Alarm plus other light current systems is a plus (CCTV, Access Control, intercom, …etc.) Excellent knowledge about of Fire Alarm System plus other security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, intruder Alarm, …etc.) Extensive engineering knowledge in the design of Fire Alarm System plus security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, intruder Alarm, structure cabling …etc.) Must be able to extract hidden or unrealized customer requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer. Ability to focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements. Able to develop relationships and communicate with high level customer technical staff. Advanced understanding of technical terminology related to company products & services. Advanced level of presentation skills High communication skills
