Overview:We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with solid experience in the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end web applications that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Develop RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js. Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js (Next.js). Design and manage Mongo DB databases, as well as MySQL databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project features. Participate in code reviews and apply development best practices. Debug, test, and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, other developers, and project managers to define project features and scope. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in full-stack development. Lead performance optimization initiatives, focusing on handling large data sets and high traffic. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to maintaining technical excellence across the team. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to minimize user impact.
Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience with MERN stack development. Strong knowledge of Java Script (ES6+) and optionally Type Script. Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and RESTful principles. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
