Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for Fresh Agents with no prior experience. As a Fresh Agent at EGYPROPERTY, you will assist in managing property listings, supporting clients in their buying, selling, or rental needs. Responsibilities include generating leads, contacting potential customers, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the real estate process. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships. Basic organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Customer-service orientation and a positive, proactive attitude toward client needs. Proficiency in teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Flexibility to work on-site in New Cairo and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; good command of additional languages is a bonus. No prior real estate experience is required, but a passion for the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
