Role Description We are seeking skilled Back Office Agents (Voice/Non-Voice) for a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries efficiently, processing and managing data accurately, working on voice and non-voice operations, and collaborating with team members to maintain seamless workflows. The role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in professional communication. Proficient in data entry, documentation, and maintaining high accuracy in processing information. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team. Technical proficiency in using software tools, databases, and systems for back-office operations. Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Punctuality, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus. Knowledge of customer service and call center operations is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
