El Masa Group is hiring a Logistics Specialist for a leading wheat flour mill in 15th May City – Cairo to manage all import, export, and shipping operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate the best possible rates for ocean freight, trucking, customs services, carriers, and insurance.

Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.

Manage the full booking cycle for both import and export shipments, and prepare accurate and complete shipping documentation.

Oversee all logistics procedures related to import and export operations.

Organize and manage the subsidization process efficiently.

Keep shipment status updated and ensure timely follow-up until delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).

1–3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Specialist.

Very good command of English (written & spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strong teamwork and motivation abilities.

Preferably residing in 15th May City – Cairo, Helwan, or nearby areas.
